About TREV
An institutional developer with a community soul.
Turner Real Estate Ventures was founded on a simple disagreement with the industry: attainable housing and institutional discipline belong in the same portfolio.
Our Position
Build the structure. Then build the owner.
We develop across four tiers — Affordable, Mid-Market, Luxury, and Commercial & Mixed-Use — with international platforms launching in 2027. What connects them is not a price point. It is a conviction that construction and capital are one job.
Most developers hand financing to someone else and hope the timeline survives. TREV structures its own construction, acquisition and bridge facilities, and extends financing pathways to the families and entrepreneurs who move in.
The result is a portfolio measured in delivered units and in deeds signed — 2,480 units and 916 first-time homeowners to date.
Principles
Four things we don't negotiate.
I
Basis discipline
We win on what we pay for land and how we structure the debt — never on optimistic exit assumptions.
II
One specification
The affordable tier gets the same envelope detailing and mechanical spec as the estate tier.
III
Capital in-house
Structuring the stack ourselves means schedules hold and buyers can actually close.
IV
Ownership over occupancy
Leases are fine. Deeds compound. We build toward deeds.
